Rolliflex Single Core Cables feature a meticulously engineered construction that ensures durability and efficiency:

Conductor: Made from baright plain or tin coated annealed high conductivity copper wires (>99.90%), complying with IS:81301984/IEC/EN 60228 standards. This ensures excellent electrical conductivity and longevity.

Insulation: Thermosetbased 90℃ rated LSZHFR compound insulation (as per BS7655/EN 503635 Type EI5) is applied through extrusion over the conductor. This advanced insulation material provides exceptional flame retardant and low smoke properties.

Sheath: The cables are enveloped in a Type ST1 (FR) PVC sheath, applied by extrusion over laidup cores, providing additional protection and durability.

Exceptional Performance Characteristics

Insulation Resistance: Exceeds 36.7 MΩ/Km at room temperature and 0.0367 MΩ/Km at rated temperature, ensuring minimal leakage and high insulation integrity.

High Voltage Test: Passed 6KV online and 3KV AC for 5 minutes, demonstrating robustness under high voltage conditions.

Flame Retardant: Conforms to flame tests as per IS 694, IEC 6033212, IEC 60332324 CatC, and IEC 60332322 Cat A, ensuring it will not propagate flames even in severe fire conditions.

Limiting Oxygen Index: Greater than 30% according to ASTM D 2863, signifying high resistance to combustion.

Halogen Free: HCL gas evolution is less than 2% by weight, in accordance with BS EN 503637 and IEC 607541, contributing to safer environments with minimal toxic emissions.

Smoke Density: Less than 40% as per ASTM D 2843/IEC 61034, ensuring clear visibility during fire conditions.

Our ZHLS Cables are meticulously designed to cater to a variety of electrical needs, available in multiple sizes and specifications. The product range includes cables from 0.5 sqmm to 120 sqmm, each with specific characteristics. For instance, the 0.5 sqmm cable (Code: 31501Z) has a nominal overall diameter of 2.2 mm, an average insulation thickness of 0.6 mm, a maximum DC conductivity resistance of 39 Ω/km, and a maximum current rating of 8 A for single-phase AC and 7 A for three-phase AC at 30°C. On the other hand, the 120 sqmm cable (Code: 32901Z) features a larger diameter of 20 mm, a thickness of 1.6 mm, a lower resistance of 0.161 Ω/km, and can handle up to 321 A in single-phase AC and 282 A in three-phase AC. This extensive range ensures optimal performance across diverse applications, making ZHLS Cables a reliable choice for any project.
