ROLLIFLEX MODBUS Cables offer robust construction for data transmission and Field Bus system wiring

  • Conductors: Bare stranded copper conductors, available in various AWG sizes
  • Conductor Insulation: Special polyolefin conductor insulation for reliable performance.
  • Shielding: Shielded pairs with aluminum laminated tape ("PiMF") and galvanized copper wire braid for superior interference resistance.
  • Jacket: PVC TM2 with a matt finish, available in grey (RAL 7032) or black (RAL 9005).

    • Application Areas:

    These cables are designed for the transmission of analog signals and for wiring bus systems like MODBUS. They are suitable for both fixed wiring and dynamic applications, although versions with reinforced outer jackets may be used outdoors (not for direct burial).

    Loop Resistance:

  • AWG 24/7 (0.22 mm²): 165 Ω/km
  • AWG 20/7 (0.52 mm²): 81 Ω/km
  • Rated Voltage: 250 V with a test voltage of 2000 V.
  • Temperature Range: Operating from 5 ℃ to +50 ℃ for moving applications and 30 ℃ to +70 ℃ for fixed installations.
